Financial Aid

If you are interested in applying for financial assistance:

Dear families,

If you are interested in applying for financial assistance, applications will need to be submitted to SSS by the end of February. Applications are available at SSS@nais.org/parents.

The School code for The Montessori School of Oakton is 1679.

The Montessori School of Oakton (MSO) has endeavored to provide financial assistance to families in the community since 1990.

The purpose of the financial assistance program is to:

1) Maintain families already in the school who have demonstrated a commitment to the school and

2) to promote socio-economic diversity in the MSO community.

Financial assistance awards are based on demonstrated need. The eligibility for assistance is based on needs analysis following the guidelines of the School and Student Service of the financial aid (SSS). All information submitted to SSS is kept in the strictest confidence.

Because the demand for financial assistance by qualified applicants often exceeds available funds, the determination of awards granted will be based on the recommendations from the MSO board of directors.

If you have any questions regarding this process please contact Carolyn Linke at 703-715-0611.

Financial assistance agreements are based on equal opportunity for all. No one shall be excluded on then basis of race, color, religion, sex handicap or disability.
